  1. After updating, iCue won't even launch. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's completely broken with this new build for me.
  2. +1 on this topic. iCue just stopped starting with Windows Startup on Windows 11. Also it's really slow to actually load the program. No idea why as I have Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM and RTX 3080, with everything running on an NVMe Boot Drive.
  3. Cheers, I may have to pick up a USB hub if that's the case, praying that it finally fixes my issue!
  4. Hi there! Thanks for the response, sorry for such a short tempered post, it's just extremely frustrating to have such a problem. I may invest in a internal USB hub near the end of the month and will give you some feedback as and when.
  5. I'm still having these disconnect issues constantly, even after getting a REPLACEMENT COOLER! I'm really at the end of my tether now because all I hear when gaming is the silly Windows disconnect sound! H100i RGB Platinum, 4x LL120 fans connected to an RGB Fan Hub and Commander pro. I've tried all the supposed fixes on this thread but nothing works, considering me and many many other people have been having this issue almost since the cooler was released, is there any actual definitive answer to why this glitch happens, and can corsair admit that this is a fault in their manufacturing? Because I'm seriously considering getting rid of all my Corsair components and switching to NZXT. Lengthy post I know however it sure is infuriating!!!
  6. I decided to risk it and update the firmware ok my newly replaced H100i RGB Platinum and it worked fine this time, thank goodness!
  7. I had this problem last week. Ended up having to RMA my cooler and should be receiving a new one this week, I understand your frustration! I tried to update the cooler and midway through the firmware update the USB disconnect sound happened and boom, the cooler was never to be seen again in iCue.
  8. Unfortunately this issue seems to be quite widespread, there's a whole other forum thread discussing this issue. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=182412 Seems that thousands of other people with this cooler are having the same issue with this cooler including myself! :[pouts: My cooler doesn't work at the moment as it had the disconnect sound during a firmware update for the cooler, which bricked my H100i RGB Platinum. Hopefully this issue is fixed very soon! I feel your pain!
  9. Don't flash the new firmware through iCue if you're already having the disconnect issues in my opinion, just done it to mine and I think it's bricked the cooler, no longer shows up in iCue and fans run on highest setting right from when I power on the system. If any Corsair employee reads this could you please help me manually update the firmware!
  10. Still having the disconnect issues, with no further update after sending logs. At this point iCue or the Corsair Service are not running and I'm still getting disconnects, how is that even possible!
  11. Believe it or not this issue of the USB disconnects still persists for me even in the new iCue update. I really have had enough of this crappy cooler now.
  12. For me the disconnect issue seems to still persist on the latest iCue Beta 3.15.95 and the only way I can get it to work as intended is by configuring hardware lighting, then manually disabling the corsair service and not allowing iCue to start with Windows. B350 Mobo + Ryzen 5 1600X
  13. I've sent a PM to you James, fingers crossed I can test out this beta and see if it fixes the issue on my end!
  14. I hate to keep posting on this forum about the same problem, but I think the whole way iCue links to this cooler is a farce. The USB disconnects are annoying as hell, and what's even more annoying is on the odd occasion where iCue shows up as there being two coolers connected at the same time! I honestly couldn't wait to receive this cooler when I ordered it, it was the first real upgrade I'd done since I built my computer back in February 2018, and it was a lot of money for me to spend just on a cooler, with the H100i RGB Platinum costing me about £125. I went to all the trouble of cutting out my non-removable DVD drive tray in my PC case when I found out the radiator wouldn't fit, even though the dimensions said it would! I almost wish I'd have stuck it back in the box and sent back to Corsair within the 30 day return window, but no, I've stuck with it and waited for this long promised fix, and every time iCue gets updated and the problem still prevails and it's really depressing. Especially for someone like me who's saved up from weekend work to buy the cooler! I really do hope that this all gets sorted sooner or later, preferably sooner, as what's the point of having this cooler with fancy lighting effects that we can't even use! That's my piece, bye for now!
  15. I'm not sure there would be an external way of controlling the fans unless they were connected to a standard fans header, I don't believe you could control pump speed outside of iCue however. I have to say that the continuous disconnects, even on static colour lighting setting, and even on no lighting at all is really starting to grind my gears. If they don't fix this problem soon I'll have no choice but to return my cooler and get a refund.
