  1. Had the same situation, and reseting the mouse (R+L buttons down + OFF->ON + wait 5s) makes the issue disappear for a few days, then it comes back I noticed also the multi-mouse HID in the device manager with iCUE (? dunno why) but it used to work fine like that before, with older mouse and iCUE software I noticed also that after uninstalling iCUE software, and just using the mouse **without** iCUE, I get less often the Double Click
  2. Same here, on an I7-8750H, CPU idle usage is: - Without iCUE: 0.9% load - With iCUE and NO device connected: 3.5% load That is for iCUE in standalone, about 3% of CPU, just doing nothing, simply sitting there, heating the laptop and grabbing energy... :(: I uninstalled iCUE and finally use my Harpoon mouse in Bluetooth, at least to save some trees on this planet
  3. I don't know why this thread is marked as solved? Issue is totally UNSOLVED for many users
  4. So really confusing indeed After the reload yesterday, I couldn't get a single double click event, whatever configuration dongle, cable, Bluetooth, or refresh frequency
  5. Following my yesterday post, and seeing so many people impacted, I understood the issue was the mouse software 1.9.85, and not hardware (I was about to trash this mouse!) Surprisingly, I made this mouse update a while back, the issue did not start immediately but after a few weeks of use with no issue (that's why I suspected a HW problem) But after doing the action explained below, the double click issue seems to have gone! At least for now… Looks like some kind of memory leak or buffer overflow triggering the issue after some time of use… Time will tell So what I did is simply a forced reload of the 1.9.85 mouse software: - unplug the dongle - plug the mouse with USB cable - iCUE latest 3.28.70 - Settings tab, then perform a force load of the 1.9.85 mouse software. By doing this, mouse gets completly rebooted and restarted, all internal memory seems to be cleaned up For me after a day of use, no other double click reappeared, but as said, it may come back after some time It would be interesting to share here your own feedback, if you give it a try @Corsair: in the meantime, could you please forward this info to devs, I hope this may help troubleshooting
  6. I experience the same issue here: double click action on one left mouse click The wrong double click happens about 1 time every 10 mouse clicks I have Mouse firmware 1.9.85, latest iCue This happens in Wireless, USB cable and bluetooth connectivity, so it looks like a mouse issue, which is the common point of all 3 connection types @Corsair: What's next action? I did not yet open a support ticket for this
  7. Issue: Appears on “Resume from sleep” using Harpoon mouse move or button Laptop wakes up, but immediately Harpoon mouse stops working, gets disconnected, and iCUE shows red triangle. Have to use laptop mousepad instead To reset Harpoon mouse, I can either: + unplug then replug the dongle + or reboot laptop + or go to Device Manager / User Interface devices, then disable/enable the dongle USB port. Then restart iCUE to have Harpoon mouse detected in iCUE again Tests done so far: 3 other wireless mouse devices/dongles: Victsing wireless, Logitech wireless M195 and M305. All work fine and wake up laptop with no issue Move Harpoon dongle on all laptop USB ports (2.0 and 3.0). Same issue on all of them Test Harpoon mouse with USB cable. No wake up issue with USB cable For now, in order to turnaround this issue, I’ve disabled in Device Manager, the “Wake up from sleep” option for the HID mouse device used by Harpoon mouse. I can only wake up laptop now with laptop keyboard, mousepad, or power button. Any idea how I can solve the issue? Any Dongle software issue here?
