I can't tell if the surround sound works on like it should as there's no direct test in the software for different channels. But on the void when you would turn the surround sound off and on there was clear difference with the voice in icue software. For "surround sound on, surround sound off" it was clearly louder when you would do this but for this headset I honestly cant tell.... and some things just sound off with it. How do i test the 7 channels on this headset? Also I notice since I install this headset I hear a windows driver sound for something being plugged in when windows boots up but a minute or so later a driver sound for something being unplugged. (this could be something with the headset)

Make sure you aren't using a usb 3.0 slot and if you're using usb extension cables try it without them to see if the usb extension cables your using might be a fault. Some of the usb extension cables don't send constant clean audio data and are better for printers and other devices.
