Hello. VOID wireless 7.1, received it today. I think my headset is in Bootloader mode ("Avnera AV6301" and "Avnera AV6302" are displayed). Unfortunately, I can't apply what you suggest in your first post because Firmware update simply never works(forced or not). (Tried 10 times at least, when the software finally detects the headset.) What should I do ? Thank you. PS: I will no longer buy any of your products in the future and I will make sure everybody I know will do the same.
