  1. Got them working again. I left the headset disconnected for a couple days, then followed the steps provided by corsair support (which was pretty close to a bunch of your posts here, guys, so thanks to you too!): 1. Disconnect the receiver dongle, get a paper clip, press and hold the reset button (small hole) for 15 seconds. Yes, perform this with the dongle disconnected. 2. Plug the receiver dongle back into a USB port that it has never been plugged into before. 3. Wait for the generic driver to finish installing. 4. Connect the headset to a USB port that it has never been plugged into before. 5. Wait for the driver to finish installing. 6. Press and hold the power button until the LED light on the receiver dongle stops flashing. Now, the first time I ran through it, I got to step 6 and the light wouldn't stop flashing, so I just redid steps 4-6 a couple more times. I went into CUE once the dongle light stopped flashing and was able to successfully flash the firmware. Again, thanks for the help everybody.
  2. I've just had the same thing happen. Noticed an update Firmware message had popped, so I went through the firmware update process. It looked like it finished, but then threw an error that it hadn't completed and to go back and do a force update. Did so and now the headset is completely unresponsive. No lights. No detection.
