Hey guys, I'm doing a support ticket for the usual keyboard firmware reset file. The reply told me to download the .bin file from the ticket, but for the life of me, I can't find a file attached to the ticket. The customer service person probably forgot to attach it, but just in case, am I missing something? Where would the file be?
