  1. Got to test the new version as well but still experiencing the same problem. Starting to get quite frustrating now...
  2. Just got an update on the ticket i have saying the issue should be fixed in the latest iCue version that just released, version 3.12.118 In the ticket they recommend full uninstall and use ccleaner before installing the new version. Probably recommended just in case.. I’m at work so unable to test and might not be able to till after the weekend. Just wanted to give a heads up so others can try.
  3. It seems to be the moving light effects that causes the problem. If you set the light on the pump and fan to one or more static colors it works fine. As soon as you set rainbow or arc effects the disconnects start again. For me the problem goes away if i restart rhe service from within iCue but only untill i restrt my computer.
  4. Out travelling now but will do it when i get home on sunday. As some have mentioned above here i have also got Steam installed.
  5. Hi, I haven't made a ticket for this since i came across this forum post an reckoned you would see it :) Should i make a ticket for the issue?
  6. Now it doesn't help to restart the service. Have restarted it several times and it still keeps making the usb disconnect sound.
  7. Hi, Just want to let you know i’m experiencing this too. Installed it a couple of days ago. Still running the default rainbow effect on the rgb. Restarting the service solves it until i restart windows. Since i’ve only used it for two days i don’t have much experience with it yet but so far it works fine when i boot up windows. The issue starts when i fire up World of Warcraft. Haven’t tested with other games yet.
