  1. What do you mean by " look like Apple"? Apple has best support in the business and Corsair is the worst support, in my opinion! It took me 1 month to get my C1 replaced when i followed advanced RMA!!!
  2. I fully agree with you, the reality is that we have been set a side with older system. The same going to happen to those who buys new systems now. Thank god i purchased second hand Corsair one (700$) and didn't pay the full price, i feel you m8. It is the first and the last time i'm buying pre-build system from Corsair. Luckily you can upgrade your system by yourself, it's not an easy task and GPU is the most pain in the ... as it has special cooling plate which will not fit on all of the GPU's but it's doable.
  3. It's caused by PCI-ribbon so you should contact Corsair for the replacement. I have had this issue on my previous machine.
  4. Oh Boy... Great Job! What are the plans with the upgrading of the GPU? I think that a lot of One Pro users appreciate if someone does the swap of the stock GPU and describe it as you did. Thank you for the post!
  5. Mate get over it... We, who have the "old" ONE PRO's are left behind... Just accept it... just wait until it will be unusable for you, try to sell and build(!) a new PC.
  6. Mine took over a month, living in Sweden. That was a terrible experience.
  7. I have had the same issue with my Corsair 1 PRO. The only way is RMA, but the question is for how long it will work afterwards? Does Corsair use same PCI ribbon in RMA machines as in faulty ones (usually this is the cause)? Will your warranty period follow the new machine or the purchase date? I don't know...
  8. I feel you man... Corsair support unfortunately sucks. I have had RMA process that took me over a month +. Last time I buy something more expensive then 100-200$ from corsair. I'd return PC and build my own if I were you. They promissed upgradability, support but there is none, you are like stack with your machine forever...
  9. Any progress on your case? I also have one with 1080 gpu and will perform update next year or something. Please post the updates if any. Much appreciated
  10. I feel you man! I have had 2 RMA one took 2 months to accomplish and another was started 5th of February and still in progress... That's a really terrible experience from both the quality build of the C1 and customer support... Never ever Corsair for me anyway...
  11. Thank you for the answer. Why couldn’t you answer so in your first replay, and just saying:”no,it’s not possible “? It’s kind of confusing. I think that upgradability of One system is one of the strongest sailing arguments! So please help us with finding possible solutions instead of giving such kind of answers, we are fully responsible for what we are doing and your organization can learn from our experience as well.
  12. Thank you for the response. So if i get it right, it's possible to upgrade GPU and stay on original cooling system if you find a card with similar size, maybe MSI 2080 or at least 1080TI? and of course replace PSU.
  13. @MyPC8MyBrain please explain in details it will be very helpful. Do you guys think it is possible to upgrade gpu? I have 1080 today but would like to upgrade and keep it water cooled
  14. Thank you for the comment. My Corsair is not working anyway so I’ll give it a try. Btw what do you think may affected my system I having video artifacts all the time all over my monitor and even if I boot to BIOS?
