  1. I am sorry that I forgot to follow-up on this thread. Yes, I am saying that the mouse is NOT detected even if it is the only thing on the hub. I was forced to run another cable just for the Corsair peripherals to work which defeats the purpose of the hub. Bottom line, it was not a power issue, the Corsair peripherals did not work when plugged into a USB hub.
  2. I was afraid that was the problem, frankly I was surprised that it worked myself ;) Yes the mouse still works fine if I plug it directly into a motherboard USB 2 port. It actually still works plugged into the passthrough of my K95 keyboard to power the MM800 RGB POLARIS mousepad and then the mouse. Any reason why it worked before but not now?
  3. I purchased this USB splitter back in November https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BTCNRYZ2?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 I was using it plugged into the passthrough of my K95 keyboard to power a couple of RGB light sticks and my MM800 RGB POLARIS mousepad and DARK CORE RGB PRO mouse. Everything was working well until yesterday. I have tried plugging my mouse directly into the USB splitter (all ports) and it doesn't work but everything else that I plug into the USB splitter still works fine. Any ideas? Thanks
  4. I have the exact same problem and I saw 2 other threads with the same problem so I doubt that the hardware is the problem. Interestingly I have the same equipment that you do: MB ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi PSU HX1000i CPU 7800X3D The post at the beginning of this thread that was posted by a Corsair employee states that this problem has been fixed, but a few people still have this issue. I hope someone can tell us what to try to get this working.
  5. Great in depth and fast reply! Thank you!
  6. I understand profiles completely, I have used pre created ones and made many of my own. What I am trying to figure out is what do scenes and now murals do that I can not do with a profile and the lighting link effects Can anyone explain the differences between the three? Thank you

  8. 4) Which brings up to a more critical point. The news bites all had fans, AIO, and the new controller coming at the end of June. Now on the website it says Q3, along with the Hydro X stuff that was already slated for Q3. Concerned we just ran into a delay. I counselled someone the other day to wait on their similar build for these since it would only be another week or two until we new pricing and availability. That may no longer be true. Nope. Website error. Launched as planned. I just built (as in Thursday) a $4,000 all Corsair PC (we talked about it in another forum) and I missed out on the new iCUE Link by a week or two? Ouch.
  9. I cannot find a way to edit or delete my post. This is my problem: I see that it is fixed so I will check my firmware.
  10. I posted this iCUE software troubleshooting but now I found this thread. Here is my problem, which I read was being worked on, has this been fixed yet?
  11. The same thing is happening with my H150I Elite LCD XT. The tab for Screen Setup is not there. Everything else works fine. Tested both in iCUE 5 and iCUE4. Screen shot below.
  12. Here is my final part, Corsair HX1000i. That should appear in iCUE
  13. I finally decided on the following combination for GPU and motherboard ASUS B650E-F ROG STRIX GAMING WIFI ASUS GeForce RTX 4090 TUF Gaming Overclocked Both come highly rated, are in stock at my local Microcenter, and any synergy between Armory Crate and iCUE is a plus. I will also try to find an i series Corsair PSU as those are on the compatibility list. To me iCUE is more than fancy lights. I want to see every one of my PC components appear in iCUE not just for RGB control but also system monitoring. This is my first major build in 5 years and I want it to be perfect! 😉 Thank you for all your help!
  14. I actually forgot that some motherboards come with their own RGB lighting, if I choose a motherboard with some I am not very concerned about it. I just want as much as possible controlled or monitored by iCue. So, if I understand correctly my RAM will appear in iCue regardless of the motherboard manufacturer correct? EDIT: Any advice on GPU makes and models? I plan on using a RTX 4090. Thank you for your assistance!
