M60 doesn't work on both Win7 accounts
I have two accounts on my pc: the first, mine, is the administrator and the second, my father's, is a standard user.
On the second account the mouse moves but no button works, not even left and right. I tried to set the second account as administrator as well but nothing changes.
When I try to open the software (2.12) it crashes, unless I open it as administrator. But, even if the sw won't crash, the mouse keeps not working.

Issues on Non Admin Account
Just to confirm that after my initial issues which RAMGuy helpfully sorted out - I now also have similar issues?
Everything working at home on admin account and sorted on work site (with local admin).
However on other work sites without local admin (most of them) - I can generally use the M60 to move the cursor but the left and right mouse buttons don't work (so effectively mouse is useless).
I also notice that on the site where we do have admin right - until I have actually logged into Windows the left and right buttons also don't work (so I can't use them to click the Ok button to logon!!!)
My understanding was that the M60 could be used without drivers and would just appear as a normal mouse.
On one site that restricts USB access to everything (apart from normal keyboards and mice) the M60 is completely blocked and will NOT install at all.
Any ideas much appreciated as it would be useful to at least use the M60 as a basic mouse on all my sites.
Thanks

Sorry just to specify - site where the M60 is blocked (as not being a standard mouse) uses SymAntec Endpoint Protection if that helps.

We have seen some conflict with those mouse drivers. The mouse will be plug and play with all PC and Apple systems.

Admin
RAM Guy
Just to confirm - plug and play even on non-admin accounts - because this doesn't appear to be the case currently
Thanks

Go ahead and uninstall the software on the main admin account. Reinstall the software. It should prompt you if you want the software on all the accounts.

I am having the same problem with my M90 with the latest software (mouse works fine on the admin account, but not on the standard account).
I have uninstalled and tried re-installing the software on the main account, but I am not prompted to install for all accounts.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

The standard account may be prohibiting some of the processes from being used. You may need to set the software to run as admin on the accounts, as well as ensure the same processes are active in task manager.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I still can't seem to make it work. In the standard account, I have "Run as Administrator" clicked, but that doesn't change anything.
I have noticed that if I am already logged into the Standard user, but switched over to my admin account, when I switch back to the the Standard account the mouse works correctly. However, if I log out of the standard user, then log back in, the mouse doesn't work correctly. The Corsair SW cannot be launched.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks :)

Cannan, try setting the account to an admin account, install it, then set the account back to standard.
